PREPARING HEALTHY MEALS.
How to prepare and cook a good meal can make a meal more nutritious:
-Remove chicken skin and meat fat.
-Wash fruits and vegetables before eating. Avoid soaking fruits and vegetables.Instead, use clean water flowing.
-Avoid cutting or slicing small fruits and vegetables.
-Boil the potatoes and sweet potatoes with the skin after cleaning.
-Use only as much of adequate water when preparing food or soup dishes.
-Determine the water has boiled or oil is hot when entering the food to be cooked.
-Cover pan or pot when cooking vegetables to prevent loss of vitamins. Cover the pan or pot roast curtail the cooking time and retain nutrients of vegetables.
-Do not cook too long to maintain the color and shape of vegetables.
-Put the parts of the harder vegetables first.
-Reduce the use of salt, ketchup, sauces, condiments and soda. Instead, use chickenbroth, beef, anchovies and vegetables.
-Reduce the fat content of the soup to remove the frozen layer of oil has been storedin the refrigerator.
-Avoid using cooking oil that has changed color when heated to high temperatures fora prolonged period.
